Mentorship Award

This award recognizes individuals (e.g., faculty, clinical/practicum supervisors, fieldwork supervisors) who demonstrate exceptional commitment to guiding the academic, professional, and personal growth of trainees. Eligible individuals include mentors in academic settings (e.g., instructor teaching a practicum course or providing supervision of fieldwork hours, thesis advisor) and in applied settings (e.g., BCBA overseeing a group of RBTs, clinical director or a regional director mentoring a newly credentialed BCBA). Examples of exceptional mentorship could include: mentor individuals from underrepresented groups in Behavior Analysis, assist students complete research project or secure practicum site, provide professional support beyond graduation, connect students with professional network.
