The mission of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis is to promote the science of behavior and its ethical application. We are dedicated to supporting our members through professional development, advocacy, and the dissemination of evidence-based practices that enhance the quality of life for all Floridians.

What is FABA?

The Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the ethical and effective application of behavior analysis in Florida. Founded in 1980 by Dr. Jon Bailey and a group of dedicated colleagues, FABA has grown into a vital professional hub for behavior analysts, students, and related professionals across the state.

Our organization provides a platform for professional development, networking, and advocacy. We host an annual conference that brings together leading experts and practitioners to share the latest research, best practices, and advancements in the field. FABA is committed to supporting our members and advancing the science and practice of behavior analysis to improve lives.

BACB ACE Provider

The Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA) is a Type 2 Continuing Education (ACE) Provider, approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). As an ACE provider, FABA is committed to offering high-quality professional development opportunities, including our annual conference, workshops, and other events that meet the rigorous standards set by the BACB. This allows our members to earn the required continuing education units (CEUs) to maintain their certification while staying current with the latest advancements in the field.
