Packet pick-up begins Tuesday at 5:30 PM and continues Wednesday at 7:00 AM. We encourage you to arrive early if checking in on Wednesday or Thursday. General InformationWhen to Arrive and LeaveThe conference officially begins Thursday at 8 AM and concludes Saturday at 12:00 PM. Most attendees should arrive by Wednesday to check in and attend the Welcome Reception. For the full experience, plan to depart on Sunday. On-Site RegistrationFABA will not offer on-site registration. This event is for preregistered attendees only. TransportationNearby international airports:
ParkingSelf-parking is available for $7.00 per night, and valet parking is discounted to $25.00 per night. MealsLight refreshments and coffee will be provided. Food trucks and grab-and-go options will be available for purchase. For more info: Weather/Conference AttireSeptember is warm (average high 94°F). Meeting rooms are cool, so bring a light sweater. Business attire is recommended for sessions. AccessibilityFABA is committed to full access for all participants. Please make accommodation requests as early as possible during registration. No recording is allowed in any session without written approval from the Program Chair. Tipping EtiquetteIt is customary to tip hotel staff and restaurant waitstaff (15-20%) for exceptional service. Presentation Content and FeedbackFABA does not vet the specific content of each live presentation. We encourage attendees to deliver feedback directly to presenters. Contact info is in the program. CEUs & Online AccessHow do I receive CEUs? During the conference, you will scan-in to each in-person event, or follow the instructions online if attending the livestream. After the conference, we will process and "release" all CEUs within two weeks. We will send follow-up instructions when this is ready. BehaviorLive and Online Access: In-person and online attendees have access to online content via BehaviorLive.
