Packet pick-up begins Tuesday at 5:30 PM and continues Wednesday at 7:00 AM. We encourage you to arrive early if checking in on Wednesday or Thursday.

The conference officially begins Thursday at 8 AM and concludes Saturday at 12:00 PM. Most attendees should arrive by Wednesday to check in and attend the Welcome Reception. For the full experience, plan to depart on Sunday.

FABA will not offer on-site registration. This event is for preregistered attendees only.

Weather/Attire: September is warm (average high 94°F). Meeting rooms are cool, so bring a light sweater. Business attire is recommended for sessions.

Tipping Etiquette: It is customary to tip hotel staff and restaurant waitstaff (15-20%) for exceptional service.

Session Room Behavior & Recording Policy: Please follow staff instructions regarding room capacity. Phones should be silenced. No recording is allowed in any session without written approval from the Conference Director.

Presentation Content and Feedback: FABA does not vet the specific content of each live presentation. We encourage attendees to deliver feedback directly to presenters. Contact information for each presenter is in the program.

CEUs & Online Access

How do I receive CEUs? During the conference, you will scan-in to each in-person event, or follow the instructions online if attending the livestream. After the conference, we will process and "release" all CEUs within two weeks. We will send follow-up instructions when this is ready.
