• FABA has retained the services of a respected law firm to represent the interests of FABA members in the legislature. 
• Continuing Education
• FABA offers CEs through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and members who are licensed psychologists in Florida may enroll for psychology CE credits at the conference (usually from 6-12 hours are offered). 
• FABA Newsletter – The Observer
• Our newsletter publishes the latest information on behavior analysis in Florida. Interviews with prominent behavior analysts, program descriptions, and summaries of the latest research can all be found in this highly readable publication.

• The FABA member network covers all of Florida and the local chapters, which stretch from Tallahassee to Miami, offer members the opportunity to exchange ideas, job leads, research and treatment strategies and professional support.
• Code of Ethics
• FABA has adopted the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Guidelines for responsible conduct for behavior analysts. The code emphasizes the responsibility of all members to uphold the highest standard of ethics when applying behavioral procedures. Upon joining, FABA members agree to abide and uphold the code.
