David Niederpruem Memorial Fund

This award was established to honor the impact that Dave Niederpruem made on the lives of his students and the teachers he mentored. In the earlier years of the conference, Dave was known to members of FABA in his unselfish capacity as the audio-visual consultant for nearly a decade. His involvement with FABA began as a result of his position as a consultant and teacher dedicated to the use of behavior analytic practices for students with academic and behavioral difficulties in school settings. This fund provides a plaque and scholarship in the form of a conference registration to the selected individual who is engaged in the education of students with varying abilities or unique needs in the schools or someone who would benefit by attending the annual conference but would not be able to do so without supplemental assistance. This award is intended for those nominees holding the title of ESE teacher.

This is a member nominated award. The award consists of recognition at the annual awards ceremony, plaque, one complimentary registration to FABA, and an invitation to the Awards Luncheon with the FABA Board.
