Using the BehaviorLive App

  1. Login with the same credentials used for registration
  2. Select your conference from the main menu
  3. Navigate to Schedule, click your event, and then "Join Now"

How to Get CEUs

During each event, 4 pop-up attendance checks will appear at random intervals.

  • Click the "I'm Here" button in the middle when a check appears
  • Checks are visible for 3 minutes
  • At the end of the event, go to CEUs, leave a review, and click Complete Event

 

Refund & Transfer Policy

Ticket refunds, cancellations, and transfers must be requested by email to [email protected] no later than March 31, 2026. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be accepted after this date.
