Thank you to everyone who has reached out regarding AHCA's Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for Managed Care. You may find the entire document on the My Florida Marketplace Website (https://vendor.myfloridamarketplace.com/search/bids/detail/4836). The ITN is long (956 pages) plus 4 addendums. On pages 757, 758, and 788 the ITN references Behavior Analysis Services and specifically that the Managed Care Plan's transition of care includes coordination and transition of behavior analysis services from fee-for-service to managed care delivery.

Revised Deadlines in Bold Text: Responses to the ITN by Managed Care Organizations are due 10/25/23 by 12pm and will be opened publicly in Tallahassee at 3:00pm. AHCA will be posting Respondent Names (Managed Care Organizations who are negotiating with AHCA) on or around 10/27/23 with instructions for how to submit comments using the online survey tool. Providers have until 11/9/23 to post comments regarding the Respondents (Managed Care Organizations) using the AHCA online survey tool. Negotiations between AHCA and each Respondent will occur between 12/4/23 and 1/26/24 and the Notice of Intent to Award is scheduled for 12/11/23. The earliest implementation date is expected to be late 2024.
