First, thank you for responding to the Managed Care survey. Your responses and the resulting data were very helpful.
We wanted to send everyone a copy of the slides that were shared for the Managed Care Panel on Saturday because we were unable to stream or record the session. The slides include much of the data that we gathered.
FABA is thankful to AHCA for sending Brian Meyer to represent AHCA, and FABA is equally thankful to each of the SMMC Health Plans that attended: Simply/Carelon, Sunshine, and United.
We also want to share some important information about CDEs based on input and feedback during the presentation. If you have a client with existing services, whose services were paused due to a CDE issue, please file a complaint with AHCA so they are aware of these pending or terminated services. We are hoping to collaborate with AHCA to develop a few Q&A updates related to the CDE.
FABA was pleased to be able to bring the SMMC Health Plans and AHCA together with members, and we look forward to advocating on behalf of FABA members and the clients they serve.
